Lisa ‘Longball’ visits Saskatchewan for ladies clinics

It was an exciting two days in late September in both Saskatoon and Regina at the province’s two Golf Town stores.

Lisa ‘Longball’ Vlooswyk, an eight-time Canadian Long Drive champion from Calgary was in the province through her partnership with the golf retail giant.

The evening clinics were free of charge, Saskatoon had about 50 ladies attend, the Regina store welcomed over 100 women in attendance.

Golf Saskatchewan chatted with Vlooswyk after the Saskatoon clinic about her start in golf, developing into one of the best hitters in golf, and her dreams and aspirations in growing the game, especially with females.
